We started training about a year ago. In three months We lost nearly two natural stone and went from a size 14 to a somewhere between a size 6 and 8. I loved workout, adored it, but, for no reason had the figure which usually was my ideal, whether I got down to a proportions 6!!! Then I met your new partner who had been inside fitness all his life, but when we started living together, training stopped and loved upness began, and, believe you and me I have no regrets.
So for anyone and everybody who is trying to do anything. Learn to measure your improve from where you launched. If you measure your progress any other way – you can always feel deflated and despondent. You ARE making move on. Make sure you celebrate even the littlest success.
Measuring your progress next to an ideal is like trying to happen to be the horizon. You can never get there because no matter how much you move toward it, the horizon will always be a long distance off, as it was with me, no matter how fit or slim I had become it was never enough, as a result my goal always have also been an equal distance away from where I was when I launched.

The problem that I encountered, with since recognised, is i did not stop to enjoy my success. Instead I kept looking at where I actually was and where Needed to go and felt a sense of disappointment when I need to have been celebrating my progress of how far I had went.
